Hiring a real estate professional is an important decision in the home-selling process. My goal as a real estate agent is assist my clients sell their home, and to make the process as smooth as possible, but I will need YOUR help to make that happen. Being transparent about my responsibilities and yours, being transparent regarding what I expect of you as my client and what you expect of me as your agent and setting a plan of how we all to follow through, being transparent about the home selling process (the good and the bad) is what will be laid out during the listing appointment. By the time this appointment is complete, we will know whether or not we will be a good fit. The fact is you may choose to go with another agent, and that's okay.
