Ooey Gooey Cinnamon Rolls

Doesn't the photo look mouth-watering? To be honest, I'm not big on cinnamon rolls, but out of the blue, I was craving a big ooey gooey cinnamon roll. Therefore I went to the store and bought the canned cinnamon rolls. Let me tell you---those did NOT hit the spot. It wasn't what I was craving when I desired a cinnamon roll. Lo! And behold! I came across a TikTok video of a pastry chef showing off her amazing skills of making delicious treats, specifically, cinnamon rolls.

I went to the website where I found the recipe and I was quite intimidated by the 4-page instructions. First of all, I do not make homemade dough often. Secondly, do I even have the time to do it. Lastly, do I want to go through the "trouble" of making homemade cinnamon rolls when I can simply travel 15 minutes down the road to a local bakery and pay for a dozen? I decided I wanted to try the recipe on my own. I am so glad that I did. These turned out amazing; these indeed "hit the spot" and was what my taste buds were longing for. They are HUGE and filling.
